Ahira Mendiratta

I started my writing journey at the age of 13 when I started my own WordPress blog called Shiny Bue Strings. Soon I developed an interest in theatre and started writing scripts and acting in Plays; my scripts included adaptations of classics like Mera Naam Joker, Premchand's Kafan and so forth. My love for cinema was reflected in my knack for scriptwriting, and I started dreaming of a future in filmmaking.

This is my character's origin story, yet on a graph, it's just an inciting incident. I aim to express my worldview through new and unique forms of writing and audio-visual and aim at providing a new perspective through the films I make. I aspire to one day write my own baby story into a series, but until then, I hope to grow and learn in my journey.

As an artist, I believe in smart work with a creative approach and always aim at new ideation and unique execution.  I am a dreamer by nature but hustler by approach, and I hope to someday reach new grounds of storytelling and work in a space that brings out unheard untold stories.
